This was wonderful! Although my little Jenny was not a resuce pet...she, indeed, rescued me. I've done many posts outlining this event. I'm a survivor of domestic abuse...and she had been abused as well. Finally...we are safe and I'm remarried to the most amazing guy on the planet.

Thank you so much for posting this. It's a "keeper". Do you have any idea when it was written?

I'll be eager to visit again soon.

Kindest Regards,

Michelle

I am so happy to see loving caring people like you all. I have seen the video of the Rossi's angel. I would never have guessed she had been mistreated by the way she was responding to them. They are remarkable!

Who and what is Foreverhome Pet Rescue?

Founded in 2005 by long-time animal rescue volunteers, ForeverHome Pet Rescue’s goal has been to provide care and compassion for the homeless and abused animals of the Los Angeles area, while working to place them in loving adoptive homes. FHPR is a private, not-for-profit organization that operates solely on private donations and volunteer efforts.

We strive to be a valuable resource for individuals and groups with an interest in animal welfare and we continue to expand our efforts to reach out to the community on a variety of levels. Each weekend we hold adoption events at satellite facilities and animal-friendly businesses. We hope to maintain high public visibility through community events and other activities focused on topics such as spaying and neutering, volunteering and adoptions.
